Per-seat billing on the Atlassian Marketplace.
Plumbmark is sold on the Atlassian Marketplace, so Atlassian is the merchant of record. Three tiers — Free, Standard, and Scaled — and the price moves with the seat count. Invoices come from Atlassian; we never see your card.
The three bands
Free, Standard, Scaled.
| Tier | Seats | Per seat / month | Annual prepay |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 1–10 seats | $0 | — |
| Standard | 11–100 seats | $1.00 | 10% discount |
| Scaled | 101+ seats | $0.75 | 10% discount |
Atlassian is the merchant of record. No Stripe account, no VAT registration.
Across the whole ladder: 1–10 seats free · 11–100 on Standard ($1.00/seat/mo) · 101+ on Scaled ($0.75/seat/mo).
Worked examples
Three seat counts the marketing page quotes verbatim.
The arithmetic raises linear, then decays. The help copy lines up with the calculator at /pricing.
5 seats
$0 / month — sits inside Free (covered by 1–10). No invoice from Atlassian, no annual prepay.
50 seats
$50 / month — Standard band, billed per seat at $1.00/seat/month. Switching to the annual prepay gets the standard 10% discount.
200 seats
$150 / month — Scaled territory (past seat 100), kicking in the decay rate at $0.75/seat/month. The 10% annual prepay discount still applies.
When does the price change?
Two crossing thresholds, not a sliding scale.
You do not pay marginal cents as seats tick up. You cross two thresholds — at seat 11 and at seat 101 — and the per-seat rate is constant inside each band.
Crossing at seat 11
Free → Standard. Atlassian starts billing the per-seat month from this seat onward. No invoice before.
Crossing at seat 101
Standard → Scaled. The per-seat rate drops to $0.75 and the 10% annual prepay discount carries over.
See Change tier for the exact mechanics of crossing — and how the tier steps down when a tenant loses seats.
